Voting rights announcement 2020
Under the Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz, WpHG), there is an obligation to notify TLG IMMOBILIEN AG and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht, BaFin) without undue delay, if a person reaches, exceeds or falls below 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% or 75% of the voting rights in TLG IMMOBILIEN AG by purchase, sale or any other means.
