DIC Asset AG informed us in its own name and concurrently on behalf of, and under power of attorney by, each DIC Real Estate Investments GmbH & Co. Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien, DIC Real Estate Investments Beteiligungs GmbH, DIC Asset AG, Deutsche Immobilien Chancen AG & Co. Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien, Deutsche Immobilien Chancen Beteiligungs AG, DIC Grund- und Beteiligungs GmbH, DIC Capital Partners (Europe) GmbH, DICP Capital SE, GCS Verwaltungs GmbH and Mr. Prof. Dr. Gerhard Schmidt (together also 'Reporting Rersons') pursuant to Sec. 43 (1) German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) on January 17, 2019 in connection with exceeding of the threshold of 15% on December 19, 2018, as follows:

- The investment is used to generate trading profits.

- The Reporting Persons intend - without prejudice to the agreements of 6 December 2018 to dispose shares in the issuer - to acquire or otherwise obtain further voting rights within the next twelve months.

- The Reporting Persons do not intend to influence the composition of the issuers' management or supervisory board.

- The Reporting Person do not intend to change the issuer's capital structure, especially with regards to the ratio of internal/outside financing and the dividend policy.

- Concerning the source of funds used to finance the acquisition of voting rights, own funds were used by the subsidiary that acquired the voting rights. The acquisition of voting rights of the other Reporting Persons occurred as a result of the attribution of voting rights pursuant to Sec. 43 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG). Accordingly, neither equity nor debt was used.
