On 19 March 2015, TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, Hausvogteiplatz 12, 10117 Berlin,
Germany received the following voting rights notifications pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG:


1. LSREF II East Lux GP S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg informed us
according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights on TLG
IMMOBILIEN AG have fallen below the 30%, 25% and 20% threshold of the
voting rights on 19 March 2015 and on that day amounted to 18.48% (this
corresponds to 11,331,278 voting rights). Thereof 18.48% (this corresponds
to 11,331,278 voting rights) are attributed to LSREF II East Lux GP S.à
r.l. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Voting rights attributed to LSREF II East Lux GP S.à r.l. are held via the
following companies controlled by LSREF II East Lux GP S.à r.l. and holding
3% or more of the voting rights in TLG IMMOBILIEN AG:
LSREF II East Lux GP SCA
LSREF II East AcquiCo S.à r.l.


2. LSREF II East Lux GP SCA, Bertrange, Luxembourg informed us according to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights on TLG IMMOBILIEN AG have
fallen below the 30%, 25% and 20% threshold of voting rights on 19 March
2015 and on that day amounted to 18.48% (this corresponds to 11,331,278
voting rights). Thereof 18.48% (this corresponds to 11,331,278 voting
rights)are attributed to LSREF II East Lux GP SCA pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Voting rights attributed to LSREF II East Lux GP SCA are held via the
following company controlled by LSREF II East Lux GP SCA and holding 3% or
more of the voting rights in TLG IMMOBILIEN AG:
LSREF II East AcquiCo S.à r.l.


3. LSREF II East AcquiCo S.à r.l., Bertrange, Luxembourg informed us
according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights on TLG
IMMOBILIEN AG have fallen below the 30%, 25% and 20% threshold of voting
rights on 19 March 2015 and on that day amounted to 18.48% (this
corresponds to 11,331,278 voting rights).
