Germany has received the following voting rights notifications pursuant to
section 21 para. 1a WpHG (notification for first-time admission):

1. Delpheast Beteiligungs GmbH & Co KG, Frankfurt (Main), Germany, has
informed us according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 23 October 2014,
the date of the first-time admission of the shares in TLG IMMOBILIEN AG to
trading on an organized market, its share in the voting rights of TLG
IMMOBILIEN AG amounted to 4.33% (2,652,000 voting rights).

2. Delpheast Verwaltungs-GmbH, Frankfurt (Main), Germany, has informed us
according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 23 October 2014, the date of
the first-time admission of the shares in TLG IMMOBILIEN AG to trading on
an organized market, its share in the voting rights of TLG IMMOBILIEN AG
amounted to 4.33% (2,652,000 voting rights). 4.33% (2,652,000 voting
rights) are attributed to Delpheast Verwaltungs-GmbH pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to Delpheast
Verwaltungs-GmbH are held via the following company controlled by Delpheast
Verwaltungs-GmbH and holding 3% or more of the voting rights in TLG
IMMOBILIEN AG:

3. LSREF II East Lux GP S.à.r.l., Bertrange, Luxemburg has informed us
according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 23 October 2014, the date of
the first-time admission of the shares in TLG IMMOBILIEN AG to trading on
an organized market, its share in the voting rights of TLG IMMOBILIEN AG
amounted to 84.83% (52,000,000 voting rights). 84.83% (52,000,000 voting
rights) are attributed to LSREF II East Lux GP S.à.r.l. pursuant to section
22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to LSREF II East
Lux GP S.à.r.l. are held via the following companies controlled by LSREF II
East Lux GP S.à.r.l. and holding 3% or more of the voting rights in TLG
IMMOBILIEN AG:
LSREF II East Lux GP SCA
LSREF II East AcquiCo S.à.r.l.
Delpheast Verwaltungs-GmbH

4. LSREF II East Lux GP SCA, Bertrange, Luxembourg has informed us
according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 23 October 2014, the date of
the first-time admission of the shares in TLG IMMOBILIEN AG to trading on
an organized market, its share in the voting rights of TLG IMMOBILIEN AG
amounted to 84.83% (52,000,000 voting rights). 84.83% (52,000,000 voting
rights) are attributed to LSREF II East Lux GP SCA pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to LSREF II East
Lux GP SCA are held via the following companies controlled by LSREF II East
Lux GP SCA and holding 3% or more of the voting rights in TLG IMMOBILIEN

according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 23 October 2014, the date of
the first-time admission of the shares in TLG IMMOBILIEN AG to trading on
an organized market, its share in the voting rights of TLG IMMOBILIEN AG
amounted to 84.83% (52,000,000 voting rights). 4.33% (2,652,000 voting
rights) are attributed to LSREF II East AcquiCo S.à.r.l. pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to LSREF
