On 03 December 2014, TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, Hausvogteiplatz 12, 10117 Berlin,
Germany received the following corrections of a notification of voting
rights: correction of a notification dated 27 October 2014 pursuant to
section 21 para. 1a WpHG, correction of a notification dated 30 October
2014 pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG and correction of a notification
dated 30 October 2014 pursuant to section 25a WpHG:

1. LSREF II East Lux GP S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed us
according to section 21 para. 1a WpHG that on 23 October 2014, the date of
the first-time admission of the shares in TLG IMMOBILIEN AG to trading on
an organized market, its share in the voting rights of TLG IMMOBILIEN AG
amounted to 84.83% (52,000,000 voting rights). 84.83% (52,000,000 voting
rights) are attributed to LSREF II East Lux GP S.à r.l. pursuant to section
22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to LSREF II East
Lux GP S.à r.l. are held via the following companies controlled by LSREF II
East Lux GP S.à r.l. and holding 3% or more of the voting rights in TLG
IMMOBILIEN AG:
LSREF II East Lux GP SCA
LSREF II East AcquiCo S.à r.l.
Delpheast Verwaltungs-GmbH
Delpheast Beteiligungs GmbH & Co KG

2. LSREF II East Lux GP S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg informed us
according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its voting rights on TLG
IMMOBILIEN AG felt below the 75% and 50% threshold of voting rights on 28
October 2014 and on that day amounted to 39.89% (this corresponds to
24,452,326 voting rights). Thereof 39.89% (24,452,326 voting rights) are
attributed to LSREF II East Lux GP S.à r.l. pursuant to section 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to LSREF II East Lux GP S.à
r.l. are held via the following companies controlled by LSREF II East Lux
GP S.à r.l. and holding 3% or more of the voting rights in TLG IMMOBILIEN
AG:
LSREF II East Lux GP SCA
LSREF II East AcquiCo S.à r.l.

3. LSREF II East Lux GP S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, informed us
according to section 25a WpHG that its voting rights on TLG IMMOBILIEN AG
exceeded the 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% threshold of voting rights on
28 October 2014 and on that day amounted to 45.35 % (this corresponds to
27,802,326 voting rights out of a total of 61,302,326 voting rights).
The voting rights proportion due to (financial/other) instruments pursuant
to sec. 25a WpHG amounted to 5.46 % (equals 3,350,000 voting rights).
Thereof held indirectly: 5.46 % (equals 3,350,000 voting rights)
The voting rights proportion due to (financial/other) instruments pursuant
to sec. 25 WpHG amounted to 0 % (equals 0 voting rights). Thereof held
indirectly: 0 % (equals 0 voting rights)
The voting rights proportion pursuant to sec. 21,22 WpHG amounted to 39.89
% (equals 24,452,326 voting rights).
